E-POSTER DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Format: E-Poster Display (via Digital Display Machine)

  1. Poster Size & Orientation
  • E-Poster must be in 16:9 aspect ratio in portrait orientation.
  1. Poster Content Requirements

Your poster should clearly communicate your research in a visually engaging and concise manner. Please include the following sections:

  • Title: Same as submitted, in large, bold font (suggested font size: 72 pt)
  • Authors and Affiliations
  • Background / Introduction
  • Objectives / Purpose
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion and Implications
  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  • Contact Information (email or QR code for follow-up)
  1. Design Guidelines
  • Use clear headings, bullet points, graphs, and visuals to enhance readability.
  • Avoid overloading the poster with text; aim for visual clarity and simplicity.
  • Font sizes should be easily readable from 1–2 meters away (suggested minimum: 24 pt for body text).
  • Use high-resolution images and charts (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Posters must be in English.
  1. E- Poster Display
  • Each poster will be assigned with a unique e-poster code.
  • Kindly note that no presentation is required for E-posters. All E-posters will be displayed on the digital display boards located at the UCC Foyer during the conference.
  1. E- Poster File Name and Format
  • File Naming Convention: Abstract ID Number followed by the author’s full name.
    Example: ABST-00XX01_Jane Doe.jpeg
  • Please upload your e-poster in JPEG in the unique link provided to you in your acceptance letter. If you wish to resubmit them, simply re-upload them in the same link.

  • E- Poster acceptance notification: Early December 2025
  • E-Poster submission deadline: 20 January 2026
